Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the product.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please send a problem report to sales@falcongpstore.com with the following items:

  • Client name
  • Identification number
  • Purchase receipt number
  • Product SKU
  • Carrier guide number
  • Brief description of the problem

The return address is set by default to the Printful function. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful facilities are not used as a return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our printful offices. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address to you (if applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that are unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you (if applicable).

Size Changes: The user must carefully review the size guide link that is located above the add to cart button and is in blue. We strongly emphasize this because RETURNS are NOT ACCEPTED for sizes since PRINTFUL distribution companies are not responsible for these additional shipping costs. Please review the SIZE GUIDE very carefully.

Notification for EU consumers: In accordance with article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, The right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

THEREFORE, PRINTFUL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION
