Falcon GP Store uses Printful, Inc. as our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. When you place an order, your name and shipping address are shared with Printful solely to produce and deliver your order. We may also share data with payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and analytics providers strictly to operate our store.
4. Shipping times and costs
We work with a single printing and shipping provider, which allows for greater quality and consistency in every product delivered.
Shipping times range from 3 to 6 business days from the moment the product is purchased for production (print on demand). Costs vary depending on the quantity of products chosen and our provider’s operational capacity.
We are completely transparent with our customers; therefore, we do not charge additional shipping costs. We operate directly according to our provider’s costs, who is responsible for production (print on demand) and shipping the products to the end customer.
Falcon GP Store only charges for its exclusive designs for Formula 1 fans. We always prioritize the highest quality in selecting the products on which our designs are printed, ensuring the well-being of all our customers.

Refund & Returns Policy
Because every item in our store is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Print-on-Demand Nature of Our Products
All products at Falcon GP Store are custom-printed on demand specifically for you at the time of your order. This means we do not hold physical inventory, and each item is unique to your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, design, or product)
- The print quality is significantly different from what was shown on the product page
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please review our size chart before purchasing)
- Slight color variations due to monitor/screen differences
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
If your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

4. Refund Process

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please request a refund for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
If a return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the cost of the replacement shipment. We do not cover return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size orders.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (5-7 business days after fulfillment), please contact us. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to investigate. In cases of confirmed loss, we will arrange a replacement your product.
